The idea of the improver days is to get your confidence back and get you on the water for 2008. You can use your own boat if you have one or use one of the club boats.  We will have instructors available to coach you and we will carry out a potted version of the level 2 course, which will hopefully bring back everything you learnt last year or the year before. There will a little theory to cover but most of the sessions will be water based (weather permitting), for the sessions that coincide with club racing, you will participate in the race and receive on the water coaching from the safety boats. All sessions will start at 9.00 am. If you wish to attend the course then please download the form and send it together with your deposit to the club, spaces are limited and will be on a first come first served basis.
